Description:

Located on Ponca City's major thoroughfare (Hwy 77), this 138 room, 2-story, exterior corridor fully operating Quality Inn has all the features of the ideal hotel investment. The property is located on 3.80 acres and is adjacent to North 14th Street and Bradley Street. The rooms are split between Kings and Double Doubles with one large King Suite.  Directions:

Blackwell-  I-35 Exit 222, Take Hwy 11 east 15miles to Hwy 77 south. Go south 7.5 miles to Hwy 77 /14th Street/ and Bradley. Hotel is on east side after intersection.

Tonkawa- I-35 Exit 214, Take Hwy 60 east 4miles. Hwy 60 will merge with Hwy 77 north. Remain on Hwy 77 north /Hwy 60/ for 12 miles to intersection. Remain on Hwy 77 North /14th Street/ 4.5 miles. Hotel is on east side, just past Blockbuster and McDonalds.                                                                              

Cimarron Turnpike-  Exit 15, Tell toll booth attendant you are exiting to Ponca City. Take Hwy 177 North 20 miles where Hwy 177 turns into Hwy 77 North. Stay on Hwy 77 North for 4.5 miles. Hotel is on east side just past Blockbusters and McDonalds.
