  • Conducting bulk auction of commercial equipment in a live courtroom auction
  • Selling a commercial bakery operation with over 100 employees and not losing even one employee during the entire sales process

Foreclosure Auctions

Once the decision has been made to foreclose on a commercial property, the lender needs to decide if they would like the property to be sold to a third party at the foreclosure auction or if they would prefer to take back the property as a bank owned property.

We believe that a well-marketed foreclosure auction solves our lender-clients’ problems immediately and generates the highest dollar for the benefit of the lender, which also benefits the borrower. With the average bank-owned property holding costs reaching as high as 40% of the foreclosed upon mortgage balance, the best solution for every commercial lender is to sell now and avoid all of the carrying costs and property maintenance costs.

Our foreclosure auctions can be held in conjunction with the Sheriffor any other court authority. NCA can also be appointed as the Trustee or Auctioneer, depending on local laws and customs.

CMBS Special Servicers

These sophisticated sellers know exactly the net present value of a commercial property and understand that time is money. With our 100% focus on commercial property at National Commercial Auctioneers, we focus on getting the job done. Some of the largest auctions managed by our founder have been CMBS sales.

Financial Institutions

Our financial institution clients never know what type of properties will become their next troubled asset. Having a trusted partner like National Commercial Auctioneers gives them the ability to turn those assets into cash in a timely manner by using the auction method to sell one, ten or even an entire portfolio of commercial REO properties.

Public and Private Corporations

With so many different vertical markets stagnant or declining, public and private corporations need business strategies that preserve cash through this economic downturn.

One strategy is for a company to auction their excess commercial real estate and equipment assets to raise cash. There is no sense in having cash tied up in property that your company is not using if that cash can be used to fund the core business operations. Selling excess real estate and equipment is a strategy all businesses should utilize on a regular basis.

Estates and Trusts

  1. So, your parents owned commercial real estate but it’s a business you would rather not be in?
  2. Or, maybe the idea of being responsible for 300 tenants in an apartment complex 800 miles from your home is not how you would like to spend your spare time?

National Commercial Auctioneers will create the marketplace for that property and convert the real estate and commercial assets into cash in a short time period. We will work closely with trust departments and financial advisors to meet the needs of their clients.
